The ordering process

1. Choose the article or articles you wish to have embroidered from our online catalog. Send us that information using the box at the bottom of the form. Please include the brand name and item number from the top of the item's page, i.e. Mossy Oak - #0020.

2. Pick a design. Tell us what design you want; a stock design from one of our pages, one that we have previously sewn for you, or your own artwork for conversion to an embroidery design. Email us the name of the design (stock or previously done) or your own artwork. We can accept CorelDraw or bitmap files.

Important Note: We respect copyright/trademark laws. You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork you wish to have converted to embroidery is either your own, or that you have obtained the proper permissions from the owner.

3. We will respond, by email, with a price quote, incorporating the price of the article, embroidery, shipping, and tax (for Georgia residents).

4. Upon your approval, we will start filling your order.

Refunds on embroidered merchandise will be given for defective merchandise, within thirty days of delivery of the merchandise.
